France Removals

France Removals have been brilliant. I rang them from London on a Monday morning, and by early evening had arranged for them to collect some items of furniture from my house in France to bring back to London the following Wednesday (two days later) when I would be at the house in France. The driver (Chris) picked up the items at 10 am, negotiating narrow streets and sharp turns to park outside my house, and loaded the items into his van in less than 20 minutes. He was unflappable and polite throughout. France Removals then held on to the items at their depot until I was back in London the following week and able to clear space in my house there for delivery. This was carried out by Leo and helper on Thursday afternoon, again with kindness and efficiency. I know from relatives who have relocated to Europe that the process of moving furniture between UK and mainland Europe can be a nightmare and take a long time. It was the opposite for me with France Removals. I am so grateful for their help, and recommend them whole-heartedly

I thought that hiring France Removals would be a smooth and easy process but how wrong was I?! The company arrived late and almost ruined our chances of getting to our new property on time on moving day, which the property seller was not too happy about and was angry at me for despite the fact that it was nothing to do with me personally! The team of staff were very unfriendly and really gave us the cold treatment which I was not happy about especially after they have ruined so much of my stuff already! To sum up I am disappointed, angry and upset at what has gone on! The only thing that attracts people to use this company, in my opinion is the cost but I'd prefer to have a stressfree experience instead of some cheap lousey removals.

After reading lots of reviews and contacting many removals companies I decided to choose France removals and I couldn't have done a better choice! Excellent costumer service, Leo answered all my questions promptly. For the moving and the delivery, André was our guy. Also, very friendly and professional. All our things were collected and delivered as scheduled. What we payed for the removal was what it was quoted, no extra costs as I read some other companies may do. I highly recommend them!

We got in touch with France removals on a Friday afternoon. Got a quote back the same day, which we accepted over the phone. The paperwork was minimal and we organized the pick up for the following Tuesday in Did-cot near Oxford at 14h and our furniture was delivered the next day in Geneva at 17h. An extremely efficient service. The price of £420 was correct and communication was excellent. Relaxed yet very professional. We can highly recommend this firm for furniture removal to France and Switzerland from the UK.

They carefully wrapped our unit for safe delivery and were really helpful bringing it into the house and upstairs, which I would not have been able to do alone.
